Returns a path string for an elbow path with a bend point

buildElbowPathString(source, target, percent?): string
Parameters
- source: Coordinates
  The source coordinates
- target: Coordinates
  The target coordinates
- percent: number = 0.5
  Where the bend point should appear between the source and target
Returns string
The path string
